Just after 13:00 Rescue Engine 1712 was dispatched to cover Station 281 (Indian Mills).  Before leaving town central redirected the crew in to the scene.  This also added Chief 1710 (Pratt) and Chief 17101(Snow).  The seven members from station 171 split into 2 crews.  One crew was sent to the first floor to open up.  The second crew first secured the fire on Division C and was later assigned to the second floor for overhaul operations. The crew returned to quarters around 14:30.
