Our Own has Returned Home!

June 18th - This time last year we were down a member of the fire company, Chris Allen was deployed with the 114th Infantry Platoon to Iraq on active orders to protect our country! We are proud to announce that he has made it back home safe! Next on his deployment.....a wedding and a house in New England!
Company invited to ACE Grand Opening

June 13th - The members held a fund raiser at the Grand Opening event of the new ACE Hardware located at Ahern's Rental on RT 206. The crew sold hamburgers, hot dogs and drinks to raise money to support the ongoing operations of the Vincent Fire Company.
Special thanks to ACE Hardware for donating all the food and supplies for the event!
Rainy Day Magnetizes Utility Poles
June 5th - At 09:36hrs companies were alerted to respond to the intersection of Ridge Road and Ongs Hat Road for a motor vehicle collision. RE1712 (D'Amico) responded on the call with six volunteers and arrived reporting the accident to be in front of 418 Ongs Hat Road with a vehicle into the guy wire of utility pole with the vehicle resting on top of the anchor of the guy wire. The occupants of the vehicle were uninjured and were able to self extricate themselves. The crew of the Rescue Engine secured the vehicle and notified PSE&G of the incident while Ambulance 1782 (Virtua BLS Duty Crew) took care of refusals from the occupants of the vehicle.
June 5th - At 07:44hrs companies were dispatched for a motor vehicle collision on RT 206 in the area of Carranza Road. Chief 4300 (Welling) was in the area and arrived to find one vehicle into a utility pole with the same broke in half. Ambulance 1782 (Virtua BLS Duty Crew) took patient upon arrival and RE1712 (D'Amico) with a crew of five arrived next and took the duties of securing the vehicle.
